Trading in Dundee for 15 years we are one of the very few independent agents remaining ni Dundee which allows us the freedom to offer a personal service to individual clients and tenants alike. We have built a portfolio of properties
ranging from 1 bed flats to 5-bedroom houses allowing us to offer a range of properties in and around Dundee to cater for prospective tenants’ needs.

As well as Letting properties we are also registered Property Factors. We are extremely competitive in this sector and tailor our Service to suit the individuals of each development. As with people, properties are very different and require a different service from one to another so, as an independent Agency trading solely in and around Dundee we have the freedom to offer a bespoke service and to work alongside Committees within certain developments to allow them to tailor their service. We attend Committee meetings if required, and always strive to work closely with our clients.

A recent addition to our services is that of Sales. Originally from a Sales background, Alison saw a gap in the market whereby her clients were asking her to sell their property for them. Given the vast experience this is now an element of our service that we are happy to provide.
